Giving the safety boots . 1/ 11/22

The last job in Mumbai was to go back and give the shoes to some of the people I met working in unsafe flip-flops or plastic shoes. I gave them steel toe caps and spent some time explaining the project and what I would do with their old shoes.

It was a really nice end to the trip . Goodby Mumbai , goodbye friends . I now only hope I dont get stopped in customs transporting a bag full of old shoes, but are so much more than just a bag full of old shoes. They are hopefully going to be the final piece one day!
